Join Ashley from Ten Acre Baker for a hands-on, beginner-friendly sourdough baking experience where you’ll learn a simple, foolproof method that anyone can master. You’ll leave feeling confident, inspired, and ready to bake your very own loaf at home! 

Each participant will take home their very own jar of sourdough starter, a dough whisk, spatula, recipe card and step-by-step guide – plus the dough you make in class. During the session, you’ll use all of these tools along with your hands, a bowl, and the provided dry ingredients to prepare your first loaf of sour-dough. You’ll learn how to feed, care for, and maintain your starter; master stretch & coil folds; understand bulk and cold fermentation; and discover tons of tips and tricks for sourdough success! 

Light snacks and refreshments provided
- sip, mix, and mingle while you bake. 

Because of the preparation and ingredients involved, no refunds are available once tickets are purchased. 

Warning: This class may cause a lifelong love — and obsession — with baking sourdough!
