Piano Workshop

Area College Students & PTFGR Teachers are invited to attend the Piano Workshop held at West Michigan Piano on Sat, November 15, 11-12:30pm.

Jeff Hall, Registered Piano Technician will present Beyond the Keys: A Deeper Look into the Piano Action. This presentation will explore the mechanics of the piano with a deeper look into its action. Piano mechanics - from keys to the soundboard will be examined as they relate to touch and tone. Mr. Hall will also address the tuning system as well as piano maintenance and care.

This is a free workshop for college music students. PTF members and their graduating students are invited to attend.
