🌿 Park Yoga & Sound Bath 🌞
Join me Monday evening’s for a soul-nourishing evening of gentle movement and sound healing surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Breathe in the fresh air, feel the earth beneath you, and move through a grounding, gentle yoga flow designed to calm the nervous system and connect you to the present moment. Then, settle into stillness and soak in the healing vibrations of a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments.
This is your space to unwind, reset, and reconnect—body, mind, and spirit—held by the rhythms of nature and the resonance of sound.

🧘♀️ Bring a mat, blanket, water, & anything else you need.
