Kundalini Immersion is a powerful, theatrical, and deeply embodied experience designed to awaken energy, expand awareness, and leave you feeling profoundly alive.

Kundalini Yoga is a potent and transformative practice that weaves together intentional movement, rhythmic breathwork, mantra, and sound. The practice works to awaken shakti—the life force energy that resides at the base of the spine—and guide it upward through the chakras, supporting clarity, vitality, emotional release, and heightened presence.

In this 90-minute immersion, you can expect dynamic breathwork, repetitive and rhythmic movement, and sound practices that quiet the mind while energizing the body and elevating the spirit. The experience is intentionally crafted to help you move through inner resistance, access deeper states of awareness, and reconnect with your most authentic self.

This offering is both expansive and grounding—accessible for beginners, yet rich and layered enough for seasoned practitioners. You do not need prior Kundalini experience. You simply need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to feel.

Many students travel significant distances to attend this experience, as it is unlike anything offered elsewhere. Each immersion stands on its own while also inviting repeat attendance for those who wish to explore its depth over time.

Lorraine Williams brings decades of experience, presence, and heart to this immersion. A certified 500-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher and longtime group fitness leader, Lorraine has spent over twenty years guiding people through movement, breath, and self-discovery.

She teaches with grounded wisdom, warmth, and just the right amount of humor—creating a space that feels both powerful and deeply human. Her classes are known for being transformative, accessible, and profoundly energizing.
