Donation Based Sound Bath

Join us in the Healing Strides wellness space for a soothing sound bath led by Zoe. This is a donation based event meaning every body is welcome; there is no set fee for you to attend.

Sound bath benefits can include:

• reducing stress + anxiety
• reset the vagus nerve
• promotes bloodflow
• increases healing of cells (neural entrainment)
• balancing of nervous systems
• centering + grounding
• so much more!
  

Please bring any of the following to maximize your comfort: a yoga mat, blanket(s), water, or pillows.

Extra blankets will also be available.
