Chair Yoga Certification

This 2 day certification is for yoga teachers to learn how to instruct a chair yoga class. Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated or with the aid of a chair. Learn to help students with physical disabilities or aging people who find a typical yoga session too challenging. 4 hours each day. After completion, trainees with receive 8 hours CECs with the Yoga Alliance. Manual included.
