What are the Bars?

Access Bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that stop you from creating a life you love.

What you will learn in class:

Access Bars Certification is a training program designed to teach individuals the techniques and principles of Access Bars, a holistic modality focused on energy healing and consciousness development.

During the certification course, participants learn how to perform Access Bars sessions, which involve lightly touching specific points on the head to release energetic blockages and promote relaxation, clarity, and overall well-being.

The certification process typically includes hands-on training, practical exercises, and theoretical teachings about the underlying concepts of Access Bars.

Upon completion of the certification, individuals gain the skills and knowledge needed to offer Access Bars sessions professionally, contributing to the holistic health and personal growth of themselves and others.

Prerequisites for the course: No prerequisites, all are welcome.

Included:

• Training with a licensed Access Bars Facilitator or an Access Certified Facilitator
• Learn the technique and how to give sessions to others
• Two full Access Bars sessions
• Instructional video with Access Consciousness co-creators Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer
• Comprehensive manual and in-depth head charts

Preregistration is required. A minimum of 4 students is required for this class, if the minimum is not met, the class will be rescheduled for another date and time.

Meet Katharine, a dedicated Access Bars Facilitator with over 5 years of expertise in guiding individuals through transformative journeys. Katharine's journey into Access Bars unfolded after years of practicing Reiki, a path she tread in search of a breakthrough from life's repetitive challenges.

A single Bars session proved to be the key to unlocking a cascade of positive
changes, infusing Katharine's life with newfound ease and opening doors to a
multitude of possibilities. Embracing the transformative power of Access
Consciousness, Katharine not only became a practitioner but also explored the
diverse tools within the Access toolkit.

As Katharine ventured into facilitating sessions, the impact exceeded her
expectations. The regions of Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Indiana have
all witnessed Katharine's skillful facilitation, making her a trusted guide in
the realm of Access Bars. In 2021, Katharine's commitment and proficiency
earned her recognition as one of the top Bars Facilitators within Access
Consciousness certifications.
