You Are Invited To Attend Our Two Day FTIR and UV-Vis-NIR Molecular Spectroscopy Workshop

The FTIR workshop will involve an informative presentation and practical session designed to help you improve your knowledge and productivity in IR analysis. You will be introduced to new analysis techniques and insight into effective operating procedures with a range of IR accessories.

Additionally, a second in-depth course on UV-Vis-NIR instrumentation will cover the large range of advanced instrumentation for specialized applications such as Integrating Spheres, powder reflectance and reflectance accessories.

Key Learning Objectives

• Fundamental understanding of FTIR spectroscopy
• Awareness of the wide range of sampling accessories
• Knowledge on advanced analysis techniques such as:
• IR microscopy, quantification and evolved gas analysis
• Integrating spheres, diffuse and specular reflectance techniques
• Overview of the inner workings of spectroscopic instrumentation
• Advanced sample scanning techniques for non-ideal samples
• Practical exposure to the laboratory instruments
