Yoga Nidra for the Winter Solstice with Holly 🧘♀️ 🕉
As the longest night of the year graces us with its presence, we invite you to a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session honoring the Winter Solstice. This is a time when nature pauses, the earth is still, and we too can turn inward.
The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year, a moment of deep stillness and reflection. It’s a natural turning point, a celebration of the return of the light. In this class, we honor the solstice as a chance to release, reset, and welcome the quiet wisdom of the season.
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that brings you into a state of conscious relaxation. During this special Winter Solstice session, we’ll gently guide you through layers of awareness, allowing the body to rest deeply while the mind remains alert and calm.
In alignment with the solstice theme of inner light, we’ll focus on the Ajna (Third Eye) chakra. This energy center is associated with intuition, insight, and inner vision, perfect for a time of reflection and renewal.
Join us in this peaceful journey as we embrace the quiet beauty of the solstice and awaken a deeper sense of presence and inner light.
