Bring the whole family down to 7th Avenue for a fall celebration filled with movement, mindfulness, and memory-making!
Hot Yoga Kenosha is excited to host “Pumpkins & Poses," a festive Kids Yoga + Pumpkin Painting event, plus a free Outdoor Community Fitness Class for adults — all happening during the Public Brewery Block Party! 🍻🍁
🧘♀️ Kids Yoga: “Pumpkins & Poses”
👧 Ages 3–12 | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM | $5 per child
Led by Dana & Jenna this fun fall-themed flow will have gentle breathwork, meditation, fun fall themed poses to help little Yogis transition into fall yoga class will We'll introduce gentle breathwork and a short meditation to encourage letting go—just like the trees shedding their leaves.
🎃 After class, kids will dive into creative fun with: 🎨 Pumpkin Painting (pumpkin included!) 🎭
🌟 Bounce house available 11am-6pm

At 11:30 AM, join Chad for a high-energy, 45-minute outdoor workout that’s completely free and open to all levels. Whether you’re a parent sneaking in some movement while your little ones dive into Pumpkins & Poses, or a neighbor ready to sweat and connect, this is your chance to reset, recharge, and power up before the events.

🏙 Block Party Details
🎶 Music kicks off at 11AM (Live Bands start at 1PM)
🎯 Activities like axe throwing, vendors, food trucks, and the bounce house (11am–6pm) will be scattered throughout 7th Avenue near 57th–58th Street. The Showmobile Stage will be at 7th & 58th.
🪑 There will be a large tent and seating area near the brewery to enjoy the festivities.
