A weekend of movement, remembrance, and hope — uniting fitness communities across the country to raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention in memory of those we’ve lost.

🩵 Join us for donation-based classes Sept 12–14.
🩵 Move in honor of loved ones, and inspire hope for others.
🩵 100% of proceeds benefit suicide prevention foundations making an impact.

✨ Our Fundraising Classes:

Friday: 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am

Saturday: 7:30am, 8:30am

Sunday: 8:30am

📲 Donations can be made at the center via QR code. Every dollar makes a difference.
