Join us for a new twist on our Cream Puff Baking Class: Salted Caramel!
Come to the Layered Studio for a relaxed and enjoyable baking class with the Layered ladies! You'll learn how to bake light and delicious cream puffs, all from scratch.
In this two-hour class:
- Watch a demonstration on how to make a chocolate Pâte à choux (cream puff batter) topped with craquelin
- Practice piping your cream puffs
- Watch a demonstration on how to make a salted caramel sauce for our salted caramel cream filling
- Fill and decorate the cream puffs to enjoy in class or to take home
We will also provide:
Detailed recipes and easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.
Samples of the cream puffs we make in class to enjoy and take home
Delicious charcuterie skewers and house made non-alcoholic beverages
