Lifted’s OMside ~ Halloween Bash with Lacey and Angel

This month come be led by Lacey and Angel as they co-teach a fun Halloween themed yoga/club experience! We'll guide you through a fun yoga class with dance breaks and partner poses! All to the spooky vibes of Halloween! So bring your bestie and come dressed up in costumes you can move freely in, let's have a Halloween bash - yoga style!! ~

Lifted's OMside ~ Where spirituality meets fun! Every month a different theme with a different Lifted instructor! Expect low lights, club beats, fun themes, enlightening yoga movements and maybe the occasional dance party! Who said spiritualuity had to be boring! You can expect a modern twist on an ancient practice, making it accessible, fun and enlightening! All in the safe space of the studio! No judgement here, just a good time for the body, mind and spirit on the OMside!

This event is donation based. Please give what you can if you can. We suggest $5, but no one will be turned away due to lack of payment.
