Through yoga movement, ritual, and a charged crystal ceremony, you’ll leave with a talisman of clarity and a truth ready to be spoken, allowing you to end this year with truth at the front of your heart! Come gather on the Full moon and allow yourself to soak up the healing light this Moon has to offer! You’ll be guided through Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations, a sequence of asanas or postures that cool you down and open you up to the Moon's magic plus other enchanting Moon practices. With the light of the Full Moon high above us we can use its energies to release all that no longer serves us so we can create space for the things that do!
5000-year-old Tantric yoga text regarded the Moon as the source of immortality, a giver of vital energy and by using this sequence under the Full Moon you can help replenish your energies and understand yourself in new ways.
There will be a releasing ceremony where we will be invited to write down what we no longer want in our lives and use the cleansing power of fire and sage to release it into the universe.
