FREE Yoga Foundations Workshop

Join us at the studio for a 2 hour workshop where you can get one on one assistance, ask any and all questions you have, and break down the proper alignment of yoga postures.

Our FREE yoga foundation workshop is great for everyone! From those that have never done yoga but are curious to those who are exploring their practice, this is a welcoming environment where you are invited to safely explore the foundations of yoga.

Our currently enrolled yoga teacher trainees (alongside our highly experienced facilitators) will be guiding this workshop as they gain experience teaching and breaking down poses the poses they have spent months diving into the mechanics of.
