Crissy Hester is a seasoned spiritual teacher, intuitive healer, and sound practitioner with over two decades of experience in personal transformation and holistic wellness. Her work is rooted in mindfulness, energy healing, and spiritual insight: infused with compassion, humor, and a deeply grounded sense of purpose.
Crissy began her journey into meditation and healing over 20 years ago, turning inward during a time of personal loss after the passing of her brother, then both parents. What began as a path to self-healing evolved into a lifelong vocation. As her practice deepened, even her own teachers began turning to her for insight and encouragement, ultimately inspiring her to step into the role of teacher and guide.
She has worked with hundreds of clients across the Atlanta area and beyond, offering private sessions, classes, workshops, and large group events. Crissy is an ordained minister, Reiki Master, psychic medium, certified life coach, and a highly trained meditation instructor with certifications in sound healing, hypnosis, arts therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. Her studies include training with renowned teachers such as Tara Brach, Byron Katie, Jonathan Foust, and Dr. Brian Weiss, as well as advanced consciousness studies through The Monroe Institute and The Silva Method. She has also attended silent meditation retreats for over two decades.
Since 2015, Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center, where she continues to offer her gifts as both a healer and teacher.
