HELD is a guided cacao ceremony that invites you into the medicine of your body, your breath, and your boundaries. Together, we sip the ancient heart-opening plant spirit Mama Cacao and explore the energetic portals of:

☕ A mug for your cacao – choose one that feels special to you and honors the spirit of the ceremony

💧 A water bottle – to stay hydrated and support your body throughout the experience

🕯️ An item to place on the altar – bring something sacred or meaningful to you (a collar, rope, candle, crystal, etc.) to be charged with the energy we create together. When you place it on the altar, it becomes an energetic anchor—amplified and infused with the intentions of the ceremony.

🌺 An offering – bring something to gift the spirit of Mama Cacao in honor of the medicine she will share with you. This can be a flower, a piece of fruit, a poem, a written prayer, or any symbolic object that comes from your heart. Offerings are a sacred exchange—a way to honor the spirit and thank her for the healing, softness, and connection she brings.
