Meta-Improv Workshop

Meta-improv is the space where we observe and reflect on what we do on stage, connecting practical experience with awareness of our process. In this workshop, we will explore how meta-improv can become a powerful tool for personal and group development within the practice of improvisation.

Through games, dynamics, and scenic exercises, we will learn to pause, look at what is happening, and recognize patterns, blocks, and creative opportunities. We will practice to move between action and observation, discovering how immediate reflection allows us to grow faster, build trust, and deepen our proposals.

The goal is for each participant to incorporate meta-improv as a constant resource: not only to evaluate, but also to nurture the process, open new possibilities, and connect more deeply with their own style and with their partners.
