Women’s RISE Stress Resilience and self care retreat in Kennebunk Maine

Women ages 18 and up are invited to beautiful Kennebunk Maine for a self care retreat. Your host, Heather Diemond Labbe, MFT will present the RISE Stress Resilience workshop, developed by Kripalu Center for Yoga and Wellness.
The weekend begins Thursday night with check in at 4pm and runs through Sunday morning. Prices range from $250/person to $775/person depending on amenities. See post for more details and contact information to register. 9 beds available:
2 king size beds in private rooms that can be shared - $775/room
1 queen size beds in a private room that can be shared - $650/room
2 twin beds in one semi-private room - $400/bed
4 twin beds (2 bunks) in semi-private room for $250/bed
