Begin the new year with intention, clarity, and heartfelt purpose. Join Rachel for this transformative New Year Intention Setting Workshop, designed to help you slow down, tune in, and connect with your heart’s deepest longing.
Sankalpa—often referred to as an intention—is a powerful inner resolve and a core element of Yoga Nidra practice. In this workshop, we will explore what Sankalpa truly is and how working with it can help you align with your unique purpose and values as you move into the new year.
This nourishing experience will include time for guided reflection and journaling, gentle movement to help you settle into your body, and a guided 20-minute meditation led by Rachel to support you in discovering your personal Sankalpa. We will close with space to reflect, share (optional), and integrate your experience.
Please bring:
• A journal and pen (if you have one)
• A yoga mat
• Warm, comfy layers
• Any props that help you feel supported (pillows, blankets, etc.)
• An open heart and open mind
This workshop is open to all levels and is a beautiful way to set the tone for the year ahead—grounded, intentional, and aligned from within.
