About the event

Native Plant Hike/ Couples Hike!

Grab your love, or a good friend, and join us for a casual and friendly active forest walk through the beautiful St. Edward State Park! We'll stop occasionally to get to know native plants around us. This will be a great way to talk with neighbors, enjoy time in nature even when the weather isn't the best, and practice identifying some of our local trees and plants.

There are many wonderful evergreen species to explore, even in winter, and trees that can be recognized by their bark, shape and branching patterns. Perhaps we'll get a chance to hear some winter birds too! 🦅

Children are welcome.

Dress for the weather, with sturdy shoes!
