As a registered nurse and having completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, Jenna combines medical knowledge with the ancient wisdom of yoga to offer a safe and healing experience for all students. Her caring and compassionate nature ensures a supportive environment in which students can address their physical and emotional She is also a skilled breathwork facilitator, harnessing the power of breath to enhance vitality and mindfulness.
Jenna is passionate about nervous system regulation and mental health. She uses yoga as a platform to empower individuals to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional balance. Jenna imparts life skills through yoga, providing tools for a healthier, happier life.
