It’s a space where children use art to understand their feelings, settle their body, and share things that can be hard to put into words. This creative, mindful art workshop gives tweens a simple and practical way to manage stress, worries, and big feelings through art.
𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲. Worries, pressure, big feelings, and busy minds can easily build up when they don’t have a place to go. This workshop gives tweens a safe and creative way to release stress, learn how their body responds to worry, and practise simple tools that help them feel steadier and more in control — both at home and at school.
