Monthly Reset (February)

Life can feel busy and full — this is your chance to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

The Monthly Reset is a 90-minute space created just for you. Together we’ll gently move our bodies, steady our breath, and sink into deep rest. You’ll be supported with mats, blankets and blocks, and you’re encouraged to bring along a pillow or bolster for extra cosiness and support.

You'll also receive a hot drink and a small snack — a little treat to help you feel nourished and restored.

Each month is an opportunity to reset your nervous system, soften your mindset, and carry a little more calm into your everyday life.
Come as you are — leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
