Join Lauren and Elle at Levens Methodist Church for a scrumptious Saturday morning yoga flow with Elle, some gentle pranayama and meditation followed by a soothing Soundbath. Refreshments provided afterwards so you can come round gently and chat if you wish.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (spares available for those that don't). Also a cushion and blanket to get cosy and comfy for the soundbath.
Attendance is £30 per person inc. refreshments.
