Coached by our experienced sports physio and qualified powerlifting coach, you will learn safe and effective strength training whilst following an 8-week progressive training programme in our state of the art and fully equipped rehab gym. Learn safe and effective lifting whilst increasing your performance both in the gym, and within your chosen activities to take your health, fitness, training and performance to the next level. Whether you're a runner, rugby player, climber or fitness enthusiast, this class is for you!
