Join us for a three-hour community-centered workshop that celebrates language, culture, and connection with the Land.
Together, we will:
🌱 Explore Indigenous names of local places and plants during a guided walk
🌱 Come together to share stories and enjoy a meal that celebrates the richness of Indigenous culture
🌱 Connect through Indigenous knowledge, cultural exchange, and community-centered learning
This gathering is open to community members who wish to deepen their relationship with the Land while learning in a spirit of respect, reciprocity, and reconciliation. No prior experience is needed!
This is a pay-what-you-can event. The event fee is set at $25 per person, however, if cost presents a barrier, please reach out to us at

With gratitude to TD Friends of the Environment for supporting this program. 💚
