🍕Hi this is Giovanni : italian baking teacher and Bread ambassador for Real Bread Campaign.
At Otto in Kelvedon will run a Neapolitan pizza making workshop :
An artisanal course in which we will knead the dough from scratch, stretch the dough by hand in the Neapolitan style, topping the pizza with seasonal ingredients and finally we will bake it.
Participants will make 2 pizzas and a garlic bread each, which they will take home with them at the end of the course.
Pizza tastings, hot drinks refreshments and recipes included.
