Rosie Grypma & Kwasi Thomas Comedy Night presented by Haven Sleep co

Haven Sleep Co is bringing a killer night of comedy to Dakoda’s Comedy Lounge with Rosie Grypma and Kwasi Thomas.

Rosie is a Langley-based comedian who’s been making waves across the Lower Mainland. You might have seen her at the South Rock Comedy Festival, the Last Laffs Festival, or featuring with Yuk Yuks. She draws on her young family, small-town BC roots, and time in construction to deliver a mix of offbeat perspective and self-deprecating humor that audiences love. When she’s not on stage, she’s busy with sketch comedy and screenwriting.

Kwasi Thomas is a powerhouse both on stage and on screen. Born in Montreal, he’s performed coast-to-coast at iconic venues like ComedyWorks in Montreal and the Comedy Mix in Vancouver. He’s got a sharp wit, endless energy, and you’ve probably spotted him on Netflix’s Snowpiercer, Lucifer, Animal Control, and more. He’s also been nominated twice for “Best Performance in a Variety or Sketch Comedy Program or Series” for his work on Pillow Talk. This summer, he’s headlining Just For Laughs Vancouver’s Best of the West festival, but you can catch him right here in Kelowna first.
