Learning Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word is a powerful word processing tool. But what does that even mean? And how the heck do you use it? In this two-week course, we'll cover first the basics, then more intermediate material to help you understand how Word works. Laptops with Word installed are provided for attendees, but you may bring your own.

September 16: The basics. Creating new documents, choosing templates and simple customization

September 23: Intermediate. Utilizing styles, settings tabs, inserting tables and images and reviewing your documents
