Join us for a morning of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing that will leave you feeling balanced, peaceful, and deeply connected to your inner self. Whether you’ve joined us before or this is your first time, we can’t wait to share this unique experience with you.

We’ll begin the morning with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, focusing on slow, restorative poses that help release deep tension and restore your body’s natural flow of energy. As you settle into each pose, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath, enhancing your practice and promoting deep relaxation.

Sound healing has been shown to reduce stress, ease chronic pain, and bring about a sense of calm and balance. Whether you feel energized and grounded or peacefully relaxed, this experience will leave you feeling recharged and renewed.

Yin Yoga and sound baths are a perfect pairing—they both focus on the internal experience and invite deep relaxation. During the session, different instruments, such as crystal bowls and chimes, will be played during specific poses to help you align more deeply with the sound and your body.

The sound healing portion will be led by Michael, an intuitive sound healer, who will guide you through this transformative experience using 9 crystal singing bowls and harmonic toning with his voice. Michael's background in classical piano and years of sound healing practice create a healing experience that is both powerful and deeply integrative.

Afterward, take some time to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at Soma Cider, where you can sample a selection of local, delicious ciders.
