Step into a calm sense of confidence and empowerment in a supportive female led space. Join us for a collaborative evening of self-reflective and clarity with three facilitators. Together, Kelsey, Kristy, and Irene will provide tools to explore what’s holding you back - both on and off the mat.
Details:
The evening begins with a 45 minute guided yoga practice to melt tension, open your heart, and ground your energy, followed by 45 minute self reflection to explore barriers and beliefs about finances and the feelings that shape your choices. This is an inclusive and welcoming space to talk about money without the pressure or formality of the conventional financial system. We will breath, stretch, sip tea, and share financial hurdles while learning effective strategies to gain confidence and to feel empowered with your money.
