Active Breathwork + Reiki Support

This event is an activating 90-minute experience for women—designed to move what’s been stuck, stir what’s ready, and support what’s rising.

Using a powerful three-part breath, we’ll journey together into the body—where old stories live and where deep release begins.

Breathwork isn’t always gentle, but you will be held through it all.
