Yin Yoga with Sarah Kaminsky!

Sarah Kaminski is an ERYT 200 yoga instructor with a special certification in Yin Yoga. In her Yin classes, she guides the body into deep stillness, inviting connective tissues, and fascia to gently release as the nervous system transitions into rest and repair. Through long-held, postures and mindful breath, Sarah creates a safe, nurturing space where physical tension softens, and stored trauma and emotions can gently unwind.
