Valentines Date Night - Men, please, bring a companion (spouse/gf/sister/daughter/etc) with you.

This will be a basic self-defense class. Wear comfortable gym clothes. We do have showers in both male and female locker rooms if you want to shower immediately after class if you have your own plans for afterward such as a night out or dinner nearby...
