Self-Regulation in Parenting Workshop

Parenting is one of the hardest jobs around! Join us to discover new ways to strengthen your parenting strategies and maintain a healthy attachment with your child. The presentation will cover co-regulation, self-regulation, and some new ways to think about emotions. Learn why children often overreact to small problems, and how to help them develop skills for self-regulation.
