Feast and Fellowship: St. Matthew, Apostle and Evangelist

Monday September 22 at 6:30pm we will be celebrating St. Matthew Apostle and Evangelist Day with Eucharist and fellowship. Our fellowship afterwards will have a fall grapes and fruits harvest theme, so bring your favorite fruit dish to share!

During this season as we are searching for our next Rector, we will celebrate major feast days as a short 30-40 minute said Evening Prayer service (there is no music) that includes a brief homily about the day. These major feast days fall into two main categories: Principal Feasts, and Holy Days - which are also known as Red Letter Days. These services are a way to connect with the Lord in the midst of your week. The fellowship portion of the Feast and Fellowship events follow the service, and all are welcome to come and go, or come and enjoy the fellowship afterwards.
