Medical City Alliance is pleased to present the 2025 Spooktacular Fall Festival Celebration. This year marks our eleventh year to host this event, so we are so excited to welcome our neighbors back! This year's event will be an in-person event, hosted under the tents located in the SW corner of the main parking lot near the corner of N Tarrant Parkway and I35W.
Medical City Alliance is asking each attendee to bring one nonperishable item per attendee for entry into the event. All food items will be donated to Community Storehouse, a Ft. Worth-based organization assisting families in need.
This year will feature the theme Heroes and Villains. Come dressed as your favorite character! The costume contest will be back once again, so attendees are encouraged to dress up and compete for the best costume award awarded each hour.
While you are here, enjoy music, free food and drink, trick or treating, face painting, games, judge the employee pumpkin decorating contest, and more!
Local fire and police departments will be on site for pictures and tours! Have pictures taken with local first responder heroes and their equipment!

Please note that the main parking lot located south of the hospital building will be closed to festival parking. This parking is reserved for patients and their loved ones. Parking is located to the west, north and east of the main hospital building. Parking maps will be posted to Facebook as the event draws closer. For your safety, please DO NOT park along N Tarrant Parkway or the Frontage Road to I35W
