Just want to give you a heads up that our next meeting and annual Christmas potluck will be on Saturday, December 13th at 11 am at the Eagle's club in Keizer. All drinks must be purchased from the Eagles (their requirement) and we ask that everyone bring food according to their last name:
A-F Dessert
G-O Side Dish
P-Z Main Dish
Also, we are gearing up for the 2026 banquet and desperately need items. Say you ordered something online and it wasn't what you needed or it was the wrong size. Instead of sending it back or giving it to charity, would you please consider donating it to our banquet? We would also gladly take any swag you might have from your business. Don't have anything but are still willing to give? Order something on Black Friday and have it mailed to the address at the bottom of this email.
We are also needing volunteers for the following assignments:
Newsletter (Quarterly)
Gun Purchaser/Coordinator (Night of & Prior to Banquet)
Printed Banquet Program Creator (Prior to Banquet)
Raffle Buckets Coordinator (Night of Banquet)
Raffle/Tickets Coordinator (Night of & Prior to Banquet)
Bank Area Worker (Night of Banquet)
Please reply to this email if you need items picked up or with the position you are interested in. This fun banquet can only happen if we have enough volunteers. Your contributions are highly valued!
Ticket Sales will be online again this year, but there will also be an order form emailed out. Looking forward to seeing everyone in December!
