Ceilidh

The March Ceilidh on Monday March 9th, in the Barony of Terra Pomeria is being taken over by Bards! Come one, come all to sing, play an instrument, even Skald! Or jam to your heart’s content. Filks and original pieces are encouraged.

Schedule:

6pm - Doors open. Tea and coffee available. Feel free to bring a snack to share.

6:30: Music and bardic arts!

9pm - End of the evening. Help putting away tables and chairs, and tidying up the space is appreciated.

What is Ceilidh?

Ceilidh, pronounced ‘kay-lee, is a Scottish word meaning party or gathering. This gathering is an opportunity for the members of the Barony to sing, dance, make merry, share arts and sciences projects, enjoy good food, drink, dancing, and fellowship. It is also a chance for newcomers to see just what the SCA has to offer.

Ceilidh happens the second Monday of every month from October through the following May, 6:00-9:00p.m.
