Yoga with Julia

Join Julia every Tuesday at 6pm from 3rd February for a beautiful blend of Hatha and Dru inspired Yoga. Both offer gentle yet powerful practices that nurture your body and mind.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha focuses on physical postures, breath control, and meditation, helping align body, mind, and spirit. Expect slow, controlled poses to boost flexibility and strength, along with breathing techniques for relaxation.

Dru Yoga
Dru Yoga features soft flowing movements, directed breathing, and visualisation, suitable for all. It includes unique Energy Block Release sequences to ease tension and enhance wellbeing.

A Combined Class
Experience a blend of Hatha and Dru Yoga for a balanced practice that enhances physical and emotional health. Expect varied movements in a supportive, inclusive environment.

This class promises a fulfilling journey for both seasoned yogis and beginners.
