Learn how to purify the effects of our negative actions, by applying the four “opponent powers”, which can powerfully purify our negative karma.
It is not uncommon to feel weighed down mentally by the heavy burden of negativity. 🫣 Under the influence of delusions, we have created a great deal of negative karma, and as a result, we now experience many difficulties and suffering.
No matter how negative our mind is, there is a way to find peace. 🕊️ We have the opportunity to purify our mind completely and develop a calm and peaceful mind by engaging in Buddhist purification practice.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators. 😇
