💥💥💥 Matt Serra Super Seminar 💥💥💥
The MAC is super proud and excited to announce that former UFC welterweight champion and legend of the sport of MMA, Matt Serra will be coming to the gym later this year.
“The Terror” is a true veteran of the sport, having rubbed shoulders with some of the biggest names over the years. His biggest win came against one of the greatest of all time, Georges St. Pierre back at UFC 69, knocking GSP out in the first round to shock the world and win the title. Matt is one of only two men to hold a victory over the French-Canadian, becoming the first winner of “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show to capture the gold after winning season four.
Known for his heavy hands, Matt’s background is in the grappling arts having gained his black belt under the legendary Renzo Gracie on the famous blue mats of his New York academy. Matt holds wins over the likes of Yves Edwards, Chris Lytle and Frank Trigg. After his career ended he doubled down on coaching the next generation and has been instrumental in the careers of Chris Weidman, Aljamain Sterling and Merab Dvalishvili.
Away from the cage he was a cornerstone of the hit show “Dana White Lookin For A Fight” and has recently launched a podcast himself, “Geeking Out with Matt Serra” where he talks all things fighting, Star Wars, Marvel and more.
The price of the seminar is £100.00 per person (£60.00 for juniors) and will take place in the month of September. The exact date will be decided closer to the time but this will give The MAC as much chance as possible to sell out the event. The seminar will last two and a half hours and will include photograph opportunities as well as a signed print from the man himself.
