Herbs for Peri-Menopause & Menopause on Sunday, January 25th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm with Eleri Smith

This nurturing Warrior Remedies workshop is an invitation for women moving through peri-menopause and menopause to pause, listen, and reconnect with their bodies during a powerful time of transition. Together, we’ll explore traditionally used herbs, simple nourishment practices, and gentle daily rituals that have long been woven into women’s lives to support overall wellbeing and resilience. This is an educational and experiential gathering, offering space for learning, reflection, and shared understanding in a calm, supportive environment. We will close with a gentle herbal tea ceremony, a moment to slow the breath, settle the nervous system, and honour this season of change in community.
