Goal setting workshop

We at Wests would like to invite you, our current players to a Goal Setting workshop run by Dan Gabbett at the Southern Hotel on Tuesday the 21st of October from 5.30 in the new extension up stairs.

This will be run instead of normal training and will be an invaluable information session on goal setting as an individual but also as a team that can be used on the field as well as your personal life.
