Meet: 7.15am at Shell Ready Express, Cnr Alderley and Ruthven Streets, Toowoomba

Stands Up: 7.45am

Ride: Allora, Warwick (top up fuel), Killarney, Woodenbong (morning tea), Mt Lindesay, Rathdowney, Boonah (lunch at the Dugandan Hotel) (180km, Fuel up in Boonah if needed)

Ride home via: Harrisville, Mt Walker, Rosewood, Laidley, Plainland (goodbye stop) (100km)
