Intro to FamilySearch.org

FamilySearch.org is a free genealogy website operated by the LDS Church. Users can access the site and search a variety of records including census, vital, church, military, and more! Users can also create a family tree. This class will help participants set up a free account, cover basic search strategies, and help them start setting up a family tree.

This is a free event for those ages 18 and older. Sign up online at https://kearney.events.mylibrary.digital/event?id=203622 or by calling the library.

Please Note: Participants must have an email address to set up a free account. (If you already have an account, please bring your username and password.) Participants should be comfortable using the internet and may bring their own laptop if they wish.
