December Sketch Out at Watkins Mill Historic Site

Join Urban Sketchers Kansas City to sketch the historic buildings at Watkins Woolen Mill for our December sketching event. There will be holiday decorations, some in mid-19th century style. Weather permitting, there are many outdoor possibilities, including historic buildings, lake, woods, and trail. We can also sketch inside the mill. This month's host is Keith Cobb, and he recommends bringing a folding stool, and to dress according to the weather. Acceptable media includes graphite and colored pencils. Keith plans to arrive early to point out where sketchers can go. Please RSVP so we have a general idea of how many people to anticipate.
