Refund Policy

🍷 Astor’s Table Refund Policy

At Astor’s Table, we carefully plan our events to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. To maintain the quality of our wine tastings and special events, we have the following refund policy:

Cancellations & Refunds

• Full Refund: Guests who cancel at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund/Credit: Guests who cancel 3–6 days before the event will receive a credit toward a future tasting or dining experience at Astor’s Table.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event (or no-shows) are non-refundable, as food, wine, and seating are already reserved.

Event Cancellation by Astor’s Table

In the rare case that Astor’s Table must cancel or reschedule an event, guests will be offered the choice of:

• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future tasting or dining experience.

Ticket Transfers

If you can’t attend, tickets are fully transferable to another guest. Simply provide their name to our team before the event.
