To już 7. edycja naszej drużynowej bitwy – tym razem pod hasłem "Built to Endure". Sprawdzimy wytrzymałość, determinację i team spirit.
Nie szukamy tytanów z ELITE – to zawody dla kategorii OPEN/amatorów. Startowałeś w ELITE? Daj szansę innym ?



3-4 WOD-y eliminacyjne, które wyłonią TOP 6 par do finału

W eliminacjach NIE będzie DU, HSPU, BAR MU
(Ale w finale... może być wszystko)

Dla każdego – bez względu na wiek, wagę czy staż na sztandze.
Nieważne, czy trenujesz od roku czy pięciu – liczy się serce do walki.

This competition is made for those who don’t need a podium to give their 100%. If you love CrossFit, train regularly (or even just started), this event is for you.

This is the 7th edition of our team battle – this time under the motto “Built to Endure.” We’ll be testing endurance, grit, and team spirit.
We’re not looking for ELITE-level athletes – this is for the OPEN/amateur category.
Have you competed in ELITE before? Let others shine this time ?

? Format:
3–4 elimination WODs to determine the TOP 6 teams that will move on to the final.

No DU, HSPU, or BAR MU in the qualifiers.
(But in the final… anything can happen.)

? Who can join?
Everyone – no age or weight divisions.
Doesn’t matter if you’ve been training for one year or five – what matters is your heart and effort.
